The Chamber presents its compliments , this is to inform you that we received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (Noش.غ/2768) dated (15/10/1435 e), referred to the letter of the Ministry of trade and industry (No. 268/7/1/10559/ع) dated (5/9/1435 ) containing the reference to the letter of Director General of the Ministry in Jeddah (No. 267/10/a/13405/ع) dated (18/8/1435 ) attached herewith the letter of the President of the Court by virtue of Jeddah (No. 352131848) dated (20/7/1435 ) on the implementation of the judges noted the proliferation of forms, libraries and galleries Auto and appliance shops and printing presses which promoted as commercial papers (bills, bonds is) contrary to the securities business and that judges could not execute them because they are not implementing the bond, resulting in their intransigence and wasting their rights and request the virtue of Jeddah generalization to other libraries and presses that print and selling models for commercial papers contrary to the system of commercial paper.
The system of commercial paper issued by Royal Decree No. (م/37) dated (11/10/1383) text in articles (88.87.2.1) on the conditions of commercial paper (Bill – the promissory note). So the Board wishes everyone to pull models of commercial papers and restriction system of materials (88.87.2.1) in all models of the Bill and the bond is.
